The platform in a nutshell is a one stop for your organization’s role readiness reflection. The platform can be used to assess your teams on different competencies through our carefully crafted capability-based assessments. It will generate a capability maturity index score which will measure the team’s maturity in role readiness. It will give you visibility on an overall cohort level and individual employee level on their capability maturity. The platform will also recommend some self-learning courses for competencies that are at risk. For live learning sessions, the platform will host course collaterals, and other reference material for learners to refer and learn.
